1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this site and every order placed with Omnix Research ("we", "us"). By using this site, confirming the statements on our verification page, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Research use only

All compounds we supply are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, and they are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.

Compounds must not be consumed by humans or animals, used in veterinary or household applications, resold for human use, or used in any clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic setting. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 21 years of age;
• you are a qualified research professional, or are buying for a laboratory, institution or business;
• you have the training, facilities and safety protocols needed to handle research compounds;
• you will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may request verification and may decline, cancel or terminate any order or account at our discretion, including where the statements above appear untrue or where an order appears to be for personal use.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated otherwise. Promotional discounts apply as described at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken through our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

6. Shipping and risk

Orders ship from our U.S. facility and are typically dispatched within 24 hours of clearing. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supply, and you are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs clearance.

7. Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of research compounds, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or short, contact us at support@omnixresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will replace or refund the affected items at our discretion.

8. Testing and documentation

Certificates of analysis, batch numbers, purity figures and related documentation are provided in good faith for research reference and traceability. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and expressly no warranty of fitness for human or veterinary use.

It is your responsibility to confirm that a compound is suitable for your intended research application before use.

9. Assumption of risk and safe handling

Research compounds may be hazardous. By purchasing, you assume full responsibility for proper laboratory handling and storage, compliance with safety and containment protocols, and any misuse, exposure or unauthorised application.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the compounds in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from misuse, including any use in or on a human or animal body.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Omnix Research, its officers, employees and suppliers harmless against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms or from your handling or use of the compounds supplied.

12. Accounts and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misrepresentation or non-compliance with these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
